We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. NO EXCHANGES, NO RETURNS ON ALL SALE ITEMS. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a regular priced purchase, we'll assist you with a prompt refund or exchange. We will gladly exchange or refund unworn non-clearance merchandise with the packing slip and original packaging within 30 days of the original packing slip. There will be a 20% restocking fee processed on each returned item. Refunds will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.
GROUP SALES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. IF A PRODUCT IS DEEMED DEFECTIVE, A QUALITY CHECK WILL BE CONDUCTED. IF A PRE-EXISTING DEFECT IS DETERMINED BY TRADITION, A REFUND MAY BE PROVIDED AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF TRADITION.
RETURNS TO OUR WAREHOUSE
- > Only items purchased through Traditioneversince.com can be returned to our warehouse. Items purchased at a Campus Bookstore must be returned or exchanged at that particular store.
- > Non-clearance merchandise must be returned unworn in the original packaging and shipping container within 30 days of the original packing slip. Please note items that do not comply with this policy will be shipped back to you.
- > Contact us at 1-888-TRADITION (888-955-8723) to obtain a Return of Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and to discuss the return shipping options.
**If you choose, you have the option to ship it back at your own expense to avoid the $10 exchange fee, but please insure the package and send the tracking number for your records.
- > We cannot process exchanges at the warehouse – only returns. If you would like a different size, color, etc., place a new order online at www.TraditionEverSince.com or by phone at 1-888-TRADITION (888-955-8723).
- > Refunds will be credited to the original credit or debit card that was used for your purchase. Once your return is received please allow 2-3 weeks for your account to be credited. Based on your bank processing, it may take up to two (2) billing cycles for your credit to appear on your credit card statement.
- > Clearance merchandise is Final Sale and may not be returned for refund or exchange.
- > Unfortunately, you cannot return merchandise bought through TraditionEverSince.com at one of our affiliates stores.
